ACAS Manufactures
CNC parts and kits parts. ACAS currently provides manufacturing
services to companies in every denomination of the Aerospace,
General Aviation, Aircraft OEM’s Industrial, medical and
the Marine Industry.In addition our manufacturing and design
staff are currently developing a new line of products which
include latches ( family of hardware) and a new line of Isolators.
All parts are accompanied
with the required certification documentation for material used,
finishes, and processes per drawing specifications. All
parts are inspected using CMM against 3D Models and/or manually
inspected to meet customer requirements.All
parts are marked, packaged, shipped and delivered per the customer’s
requirements.
